BOXING WEEKEND

Boxing is a great workout! This workshop will take you through all the basic striking and defensive aspect and set you up for a seamless entry into our Box & Blaze program.

Boxing like all striking sports helps build your confidence and athletic ability between the technical training, mental concentration, toughness and physical conditioning the discipline you develop in boxing can be applied to anything.

This workshop will expose you to all these aspects of training giving you a firm grasp of fine art of boxing.
